ROBOT WELDING WITH HIGH THROUGHPUT TIMES.

In order to use our welding robots, Delwi Groenink makes use of three different types of equipment. The use of this equipment, whether used independently or in combination, allows fast throughput times to be achieved. Contributing to this success is the tandem system that can switch between a single or double welding gun.

WELDING ROBOT 1 – CLOOS GLC 353.

  • Edition: hanging from a boom on a column with a longitudinal displacement of 18,000 mm. Two workstations with 2 integrated manipulators.

  • Maximum size of product: 6000x3000x3000 mm.

  • Maximum weight of product: 5000 kg. per manipulator.

  • Welding technique: 2x 400 amp single and tandem with automatic torch change system. Equipped with a tactile Sensor Gas Head and iCSE_LD laser.

  • Edition: hanging from a boom on a column with a longitudinal displacement of 7,000 mm. a workstations with 1 integrated manipulators.

  • Welding technique: 2x QINEO Puls 600 amps with Premium control single and tandem with automatic torch change system. Equipped with a tactile Sensor Gas Head and iCSE_LD laser.
